Chris is a highly motivated and hands on Managing Director. As the Business owner, he closely monitors the advancements of the Business to ensure it meets and exceeds both current clients and potential clients needs. Chris understands that no job is too big if the appropriate procedures and processes are applied, approaching all projects with a can- do attitude.

With 15 years of experience in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration contract management he is amply qualified to undertake any task that arises effectively and efficiently.

Chris is the President for the Northern Territory committee of the “Australian Institute of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heating” (AIRAH) and the “Australian Institute of Project Management” (AIPM)

Darcy Cryer - Service Manager

Cert III Refrigeration Advanced Certificate in Refrigeration Ochre Card Working at Heights First Aid

Darcy has 10 years’ experience within the industry, He is a very respected hands on Service Manager who looks after all aspects of the day to day service operations. Having undertaken his apprenticeship servicing and Maintaining Chillers and Commercial equipment, this extensive experience ensures the best possible training and guidance for our employees and our clients.

 

We also employ a range of field Technicians and apprentices within the HVAC industry. All Technicians have the required and valid qualifications within their trade and also varying additional certificates and or qualifications such as but not limited to:

• Restricted Electrical Licence (Full & Trainee where applicable)

Crystal – Business Manager

Crystal has 10 years’ experience in business administration management and has a great culture with the employees. Crystal oversees all non-operational aspects of maintenance contracts including invoicing, WH&S, human resources and internal job management systems as well as new and existing customer accounts. Crystal also works alongside our chosen RTO with our Apprentices and Trainees within the business.
